13. Apply the "inside reverse-fold" of the step #12 on the existing crease lines.   Prepare to repeat the steps #9-13 to all two layers to make sixteen petals.

14. Repeat the steps #9-13 to all two layers to make sixteen petals.   Prepare to rotate the origami daisy model by 90 degrees.
