11. Start applying the vertical valley-fold of the step #10.   Prepare to zoom in to the region encircled with a dotted circle.

12. Zoom in to the region encircled with a dotted circle of the step #9.   Prepare to continue applying the valley-fold (1) of the step #10 while starting a new valley-fold (2).
