23. Apply the valley-fold of the step #22.   Prepare to unfold the mountain-fold that you have applied to go back to the state of the step #18.

24. Unfold the mountain-fold that you have applied to go back to the state of the step #18.   Prepare to rotate the origami hydrangea flower model by 90 degrees.
