09. Open the triangle by pulling two edges apart following the arrow directions of the step #8.   Prepare to apply an "outside reverse-fold" .

10. Apply the "outside reverse-fold" of the step #9.   Prepare to rotate the origami poinsettia flower model by 180 degrees.
