27. Valley-fold along two red dash-lines shown in the step #25. This will be the exactly same as repeating the steps #20-24.   Unfold two valley-folds and you can clearly see two creases from these two foldings.   Althogether we have four creases.

28. Open the paper.   You should be able to find eight creases.
