03. Apply two valley-folds shown in the step #2.   Prepare to rotate the model by 67.5 degrees in the clockwise direction.

04. Rotate the paper by 67.5 degrees in the clockwise direction so that the slanted vertical lineof edge becomes a horizontal line.   Prepare for a valley fold in half.
