How to make an easy origami stem (page 2)

 

01. Let's take one square paper and start with the back side of it facing up.   Prepare to apply a diagonal valley-fold and then unfold.

02. Apply the diagonal valley-fold of the step #1 and then unfold.   Prepare to apply two valley-folds to make a "kite base" .
