19. (a) Carefully and slightly pull two opposite sides in the opposite directions.   (b) Slightly rotate the origami cosmos model in the counter-clockwise direction.   Do as many as of (a) and (b) to flatten the top.

20. Be sure to make the flattening will be symmetrical so that the shape in the center becomes close to a circle.
