07. Apply two valley-folds of the step #6.   Prepare to pull the left edge following the arrow direction.

08. Pull the left edge following the arrow direction of the step #7.   Prepare to apply two "inside reverse-folds" and one "outside reverse-fold" .   You just need to apply the crease pattern shown on the left.
