21. Apply the horizontal valley-fold of the step #20 to open the 1st quadrant.   Prepare to draw several crimp lines on the 1st quadrant.

22. Draw several crimp lines on the 1st quadrant.   Prepare to rotate the origami primrose model by 90 degrees.
