15. Apply four valley-folds of the step #14 and then unfold.   Prepare to apply a horizontal valley-fold.

16. Apply the horizontal valley-fold to the step #15.   Make sure to align two crease lines between two layers.   Prepare to unfold the valley-fold that you have just applied.
