23. Apply the valley-fold of the step #22.

23B. This valley-fold can be accomplished by aligning two creases at the region 1 and 2 simultaneously.   Repeat this valley-fold for three more times according to the step #22.

24. Open the paper.   See if you have the same creases with the crease-line map.   Now, the preparation fold is completed.
