07. Open the paper.   Prepare to apply a "valley-fold" .

08. Apply the "valley-fold" of the step #7.   The "valley-fold" of the step #7 can be accomplished by alignment of crease lines along two dotted-lines.   Prepare to rotate the origami rose model by 90 degrees.
