Rotate the paper in 90 degrees and do the former 2 steps (step 15 and step 16).

Do this for three times. Unfold the paper and you will see the creases shown on the left.

Flip the paper over so that the front side is on the front.

Prepare to apply four "mountain-folds" as well as four "valley-folds" .
